Fess up: You love a good party, but you hate playing hostess. Will two bottles ofwine suffice? Is a signature cocktail really necessary? Can’t you just buy some beer?
Here’s your new secret weapon: Bar Car. This vintage 1965 Airstream trailer is a fully loaded mobile cocktail bar available to hire for your next shindig–whether it’s in your backyard or the office parking lot.
Owner Greg Medow will be your mixologist, and his trailer comes with a stocked liquor shelf, two taps, mixers and garnishes. Inside the retro beauty you’ll find a brushed-aluminum interior with cobalt-blue accents and a mahogany bar.
But wait, there’s more! Bar Car’s gingham-clad waitstaff will even set up a portable table for impromptu Ping-Pong, and you can get your playlist going on the iPod-compatible sound system.
Just name your party date and choose from one of four packages–from the Whirlwind (with well standards) to the Ambassador (with top-shelf liquors). Pricing for the host starts at $25 a person and there’s a $1,000 minimum, but guests drink open-bar style.
You really are the hostess with the mostess…and you didn’t even lift a finger.
